Making A Purchase Important Information
TO PURCHASE ANY BLADED ITEM FROM US, YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UPHOLD ANY LOCAL LAWS REGARDING THE PURCHASING, OWNERSHIP, POSSESSION AND USE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Our third party payment processors accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Some products may be prohibited for import into your country. It is advised to contact your local customs official regarding your country's custom regulations prior to ordering. If a sword ban comes into effect in your country after you have made a purchase, MASTERforge cannot refund your money. This event is outside of our control and your sword is custom to you so we are unlikely to be able to resell it.
MASTERforge cannot be held responsible for any fees, restrictions or conviscations when shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure our products are acceptable within their country.
Our bladed items are checked for damages, missing parts etc before they are posted. In the event that damage/loss occurs during transit we insure our bladed items up to the value of £2,500 ex VAT and will attempt to recover this loss. |
Delivery Schedule Our delivery times are typically 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. However, these times are only estimates and actual times may vary.
Creating your custom sword
When we recieve your payment our sword smiths will begin forging your sword. All of our swords are made individually and are unique. The forging process is a time consuming and laborious task. We will give you estimated delivery dates based on your order. Usually your sword will be ready for postage within 2-3 months after your payment clears. Sometimes five or more Hand forged / folded swords need to be forged and polished to make one sword that satisfies our strictest quality control standards. A more accurate timeline will be given to you when you make your order. You will be given notification if any unforeseeable event occurs that affects your waiting time. Separate payments cannot be made as all swords are forged to order.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods. You have the right to cancel a contract within 7 working days excluding contracts for bladed items.
The payment for bladed items will be considered a contract and the forging process will begin. You will not have a right to cancel the contract because the supply of goods is made to the consumers specifications, making it a unique product.
MASTERforge may offer to buy the purchase from you at the original cost price. |
